Sterling is an investment professional with experience ranging from debt and equity trading to corporate credit analysis and portfolio management.  He has accumulated over two decades of experience analysing and restructuring complex reinsurance deals and was most recently with Barings, where he was responsible for overseeing liability-driven mandates totalling more than $5 billion in AUM.  Sterling is a passionate amateur musician and patron of the arts; he holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Boston College, an MBA from Babson College, and the CFA charter.
